Jamie Rowe has capped off an amazing fortnight by being selected to play for Australia Country in their match against the Queensland Bulls in Mackay.

Rowe, Kincumber Avoca's captain, originally missed selection in the NSW Country side, despite impressive performances for the Central Coast at the NSW Country Championships, however a number of withdrawals saw him called into the side at the last minute.

After being 13th man for the sides first match, Rowe has made every post a winner since taking 10 wickets in the next three matches including an amazing 5/8 off 14 overs opening the bowling against Victoria and earning a National Cap.
